The Challenge
As The Maddie Ranch by Pack Leader Dogs continues to grow, we need a Client Relations and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re lucky to have a beautiful 8-acre ranch with top-tier services for our high-priority clients, and we need to continue to set the standard for the Dog Training and Care industries by providing highly skilled and motivated Client Relations and Sales Coordinators. You’ll help lead the charge as we continue to add clients to our roster!

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated, and organized Client Relations and Sales Coordinator who is experienced in teamwork (pack work as we like to call it) and is passionate about learning, growing and of course, dogs! The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact and responsible for providing excellent sales and customer service support to our clients as well as developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and efficient customer service.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone and email.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of clients to recommend services and provide relevant solutions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies.
  • Confirm appointments and collect payment.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
  • Responsible for scheduling all dog training for various programs and dog trainers.
  • Prepare contracts and various forms for clients.
  • Manage Google Calendar for various departments.
  • Data input for Salesforce.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects, as assigned by management.

The Skill Set:

  • Candidate must have strong organizational skills.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidate must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Candidate must have experience with CRM, data entry and calendar management.
  • Candidate must have computer proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales and client relations experience.
  • Candidate must possess both a proven sales record and a record of successful client relations management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge in Dog Psychology is a plus, but not required.
  • The successful candidate will gain an understanding of the workflow of The Maddie Ranch and identify ways they can contribute to maximize team efficiency, have full knowledge of The Maddie Ranch services, and understand our commitment to customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Work Location: Ability to work remote. Required to work in office one day per week.
