Who this policy covers

Pack Leader Dogs operates packleaderdogs.com and the Pack Leader Dogs guide and application pages linked to this policy. This policy covers those websites, our forms, email correspondence, our internal Google Docs review add-on and the information we use to respond to prospective and current clients. Contact us at info@packleaderdogs.com or 201 528 3647 about privacy.

Information you provide

We collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, town, dog information, training goals, discovery answers and correspondence. A guide or newsletter request collects your email address and your consent choice. Applications and contact requests may include more detail so the team can understand your situation. Please do not submit payment card details, government identification, children's personal details or private medical information through these forms.

We retain the submitted form, the time we received it, its source and the version of the consent wording shown. Supplying a telephone number does not by itself authorize marketing text messages.

Information collected when you visit

Our websites and hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and security or delivery logs. We record landing pages, referring pages, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when they accompany a visit. Our website uses browser local and session storage, and our guide pages use a first-party cookie named pld_anon, to connect activity from the same browser and understand which content led to a request.

Our website also loads Google Tag Manager. Embedded media, scheduling pages and social platforms can process information when you use them. Their own privacy notices apply to their services. Browser settings let you block or clear cookies and storage; doing so can affect attribution, embedded services or form recovery. Consent to email updates is separate from browser storage and does not authorize a different company's marketing.

How we use information

We use information to deliver requested guides, respond to inquiries, understand your dog's needs, arrange conversations or services, maintain client records, provide support, measure the effectiveness of our content, prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery failures. Where you agree to receive email updates, we use your email address for Pack Leader Dogs content and offers. We also retain consent and unsubscribe records so we can respect your choices.

Maddie, our AI-assisted desk system, helps organize correspondence and prepare replies using the information relevant to an inquiry. A member of the Pack Leader Dogs team reviews Maddie's drafts before sending them. Content creation tools also help prepare educational material for human review. These tools do not independently decide whether a dog is accepted into a program.

Who receives information

Authorized Pack Leader Dogs team members and service providers receive information needed for their work. These include providers for website hosting and private file storage, databases, email and email marketing, scheduling, social messaging, security, and AI-assisted processing. Our systems use Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, SendFox and Anthropic for relevant parts of these functions. When you interact through Instagram or ManyChat, or follow a Calendly or Skool link, those services also process your information under their own policies.

We do not sell or rent email or text-message consent to other businesses. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us operate a messaging service may process that information for us. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process or to protect people, rights and the security of our services.

Google Docs review and publication

The Pack Leader Dogs Google Docs add-on is an internal tool for authorized team members. It reads the current working document and files specifically made available to the review workflow. This includes document text, file and revision identifiers, ownership and sharing permissions, and the reviewing account's Google identifier and email address. These checks restrict campaign submission to configured reviewers and approved working documents. Installing the add-on for an organization does not authorize every account to submit a campaign. The add-on does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars or the whole of a user's Drive.

When a reviewer opens the review dialog, the add-on sends the document identifier and an OAuth access token to the Pack Leader Dogs funnel service over an encrypted connection. The service verifies access, reads the working copy and shows the proposed changes. Explicit submission records the selected copy and publication evidence in our private database and queues that copy for the relevant Pack Leader Dogs pages and SendFox campaign sequence. Opening a document or previewing changes does not publish it. The separate technical access check records a test receipt in its test document and does not publish a campaign.

Only when a reviewer selects the option to apply editorial preferences to future acquisition copy do selected before-and-after examples become context for later Pack Leader Dogs content generation. Those examples can be processed by Anthropic through our content-generation service for that purpose. Campaign-only edits are not selected as future-copy examples. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models, sell it, use it for advertising profiles or share it for another business's marketing. Pack Leader Dogs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace hosts the working documents and their revision history. Vercel runs the submission service, Supabase stores private workflow records and credentials, and SendFox processes copy selected for campaign publication. Access is limited to authorized Pack Leader Dogs personnel and providers needed for these functions. OAuth tokens are used for authentication, protected as credentials and never included in published copy. Our operator and engine grants are separate from reviewer access; no Google account password is collected by the add-on.

An administrator can uninstall the add-on or revoke its access through Google Workspace. The account owner can also revoke the engine's authorization in Google account settings. Revocation stops future authorized requests but does not automatically erase existing documents, previously published copy, submission history or retained feedback. We retain those records for the workflow, recovery and accountability described in this policy. To request access, correction, removal or withdrawal of a retained feedback example, contact info@packleaderdogs.com. We review the request, explain any records that must be retained and preserve only what is needed for that purpose.

Email choices

Our forms explain the email updates you agree to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask us at info@packleaderdogs.com. We retain the information needed to honor that request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary replies to an inquiry you initiate or messages about services you have booked.

Text-message choices

Marketing text messages require a separate, optional consent choice. That consent is not a condition of purchasing services. If you enroll in a Pack Leader Dogs text program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact info@packleaderdogs.com. A request for a phone call or a reply to an inquiry is not a subscription to promotional texts.

Retention and protection

We keep information for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, maintaining necessary business records and honoring consent choices. Retention depends on the type of record, our relationship with you, legal obligations and security needs. Copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire or are replaced. A deletion request does not require us to remove records we must retain for legal purposes or the minimum information needed to honor an unsubscribe.

We use access controls, restricted service credentials and encrypted connections to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Your requests and privacy rights

You can ask to access, correct, receive a copy of or delete your personal information by emailing info@packleaderdogs.com. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction, portability or an opt-out from certain processing, we honor those rights. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority without collecting unnecessary information.

We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful exception. You may ask us to review a refusal by replying with "Privacy appeal." We will explain the result and applicable complaint options. You can also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Exercising a privacy right will not be held against you.

Children and family privacy

Our services and forms are intended for adults arranging care or training for a dog. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can address it. Please describe household goals without identifying children or sharing their health information.

The ranch is private and visits are by appointment. Permission to use a family's photographs, video or testimonial is separate from form submission and marketing consent.

Changes and contact

We publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we provide that before relying on the change. Questions can be sent to info@packleaderdogs.com.
